CortexPro

JWChat has been customized to integrate with CortexPro, the secure web site with built in collaboration tools for document management, project management, and group collaboration. CortexPro is now used in over 80 countries by a diverse range of users, including large companies such as Pepsi, Sony, and Omnicom as well as many small to mid-sized companies consisting of 5 to 100 employees. CortexPro customers use the product?s file manager tool to share, preview, and version files. Other collaborative tools offered include calendars, discussion forums, contact lists, surveys, and announcements. Since CortexPro is web-based, there is no software to download; only a web browser, a user name, and password are required to access a CortexPro web site. Pricing plans start at $9.99 per month and a 30 day trial of the product is free.

JWChat integrates with CortexPro by allowing CortexPro site members to chat with each other when they are logged into their CortexPro site. Names and photos of each site member who is available to chat appear on the CortexPro site home page.
